Intensive Post-Graduate Training Program in Family Business Consulting, beginning in 2006
Overview
The Intensive Post-Graduate Training Program (IPGTP) in Family Business Consulting is an in-depth program designed to give participants a grounding in the Hubler model and from that create their own model of change for family-owned businesses (FOB). The program will assist each participant in the development and enhancement of their style of consulting to FOB.
The 12-month program will combine three, 4-day on-site intensive training sessions with training assignments, the creation of individual learning portfolios, monthly coaching sessions and selected readings. Participants will learn how to manage the process of change in FOB, as well as:
A positive psychological approach to change management
The unique role of vision in creating your ideal future
The importance of family rituals
The importance of effective communication and collaboration skills
The role of spirituality in consulting
The influence of your family of origin in understanding your consulting model
